Platform work and identity verification are strictly restricted to citizens of the Philippines. For workers, we collect date of birth and gender for matching and identity verification. We do not collect employer TIN/EIN, date of birth, gender, or personal home address. Starter+ employers may receive automated skill-based in-app chat matches (no email outreach).
