How does applicant unlocking work?
Candidate contact details stay masked until you spend a credit to unlock a profile from the applicant pipeline.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from account settings. Prorated charges or credits apply automatically.
How does the pricing model work?
Employers pay a flat subscription (Discovery, Starter, Growth, or Scale) based on hiring needs. We never charge placement fees or take a percentage of the worker's salary.
Are there any hidden fees or salary markups?
No. You pay 100% of the agreed salary directly to your worker.
What is skill-match chat?
On Starter and above, when a job goes live Replaceme can open an in-app chat with workers whose skills overlap the role. Matches stay inside the platform — we never email candidates for these introductions.
