Accessibility Statement

Replaceme should work for everyone who needs to hire or find remote work. This statement explains how we approach digital accessibility, the standards we aim for, and how you can tell us when something gets in the way.
1. Our Commitment
Hiring and job search are high-stakes tasks. People should be able to browse roles, apply, message, and manage accounts without unnecessary barriers. We design and build Replaceme with that in mind, and we keep improving as we learn from real users and evolving guidance.
This page is a public commitment, not a claim that every screen is perfect today. Where we fall short, we want to know so we can fix it.
2. Standards We Follow
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our primary design and engineering target. Those guidelines are the widely accepted international baseline for making web content more usable for people with disabilities.
In practical terms, we aim for experiences that are:
- Perceivable so information is not locked behind a single sense alone
- Operable so people can navigate with keyboard and other input methods
- Understandable so language, structure, and feedback stay clear
- Robust so content works with current browsers and assistive technologies
Our approach also reflects Philippine policy favoring inclusive access for persons with disabilities, including the spirit of the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability (RA 7277) and national guidance that adopts WCAG as the web accessibility reference standard. Internationally, we take seriously expectations shaped by frameworks such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This statement does not create a warranty of full legal certification or perfect conformance on every page.
3. What We Are Working On
Accessibility is ongoing work. Areas we continue to improve include form labels and error messaging, focus order and keyboard paths through dense workflows, contrast on interactive states, and clearer structure on long legal and help pages.
Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services (for example payment, authentication, or embedded media). Those providers control their own interfaces. We choose partners carefully and push for accessible alternatives when we can, but we cannot fully control every third-party UI.
4. Assistive Technology
We test major flows with modern browsers and common assistive setups such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Results can vary by device, browser version, and assistive technology settings. If a path that matters to you fails, tell us which page, which tool you use, and what you expected to happen. That detail helps us reproduce and fix issues faster.
5. How to Report Barriers
Found a barrier on Replaceme? Email support@replaceme.ph with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Include the URL, a short description of the problem, and any assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to share next steps once we have reviewed the issue. You can also reach us through our Contact page.
6. Updates to This Statement
We may update this statement as our product, standards, or processes change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Related legal documents remain available in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
