Replaceme uses flat-rate subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. An Australian business is the merchant of record. List prices are tax-exclusive; Stripe Tax may add GST/VAT only when required for your billing location. We never charge placement fees or cuts from worker salaries.
Subscribers on paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) enjoy instant job post approvals when listings meet posting rules. Discovery plan posts are reviewed within 2 business days. If we reject a post, we notify you with a reason category so you can revise and resubmit. Soft-deleted posts leave Worker boards but may be retained for moderation audit under our Privacy Policy.
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Employer Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations apply at period end. Commenced B2B periods are generally non-refundable except billing errors, mandatory law, or limited goodwill. See the Refund Policy.
Replaceme does not process employee payroll. You and your hire agree on payment terms off-platform. Common options employers use include Wise, PayPal, or bank transfer. Replaceme does not provide or endorse any payment rail. 0% is deducted from worker pay by Replaceme.
